Also, how can I connect to Xbox Live because I have Halo 3 and everyone talks about how awesome it is? I want to connect with a cord, not wireless and how far does my TV have to be to connect it to my ethernet? Also, please put details since I’m new and don’t know much about Xbox Live.

Your Xbox Live account does not start until you sign up for it. Also, you are not hooking your Ethernet into your TV, but into the back of your 360. All new 360’s come with a standard Ethernet cord to connect to an internet modem, router, etc so you can access the internet. Halo 3 is amazing online and that is basically the only way to play it! You need an account for x-box live which can all be done through your X-box (registration). You can buy ethernet cables in lengths of 25, 50, or even a 100 feet which will work fine.

when you get your xbox live you will have ti activat your silver membership that comes with the xbox… it wont automatically start..
